Return Policy

a) All products have been controlled before shipment in accordance with Designer Timepiece Store strict quality rules and the specifications of the manufacturer. The Designer Timepiece Store has selected its designers and manufacturers for their production quality. All watches are despatched to the customer having undergone stringent inspection to ensure that each timepiece leaves the manufacturer in good working order.

b) A customer may request a refund or exchange to the Designer Timepiece Store within 7 days after receiving the order. While every effort is made to ensure that every customer receives their order as expected, if for any reason a customer receives an incorrect order, we will be happy to ensure that the order is fulfilled correctly with no additional cost to the customer. A special order is a customized watch or watch above $1000. Except where it is a special order, an exchange may be made depending on the issue that the customer has raised. In cases where the watch received is not at all to the customers liking a refund will be made subject to the conditions in this return policy and the manufacturer's guarantee and warranty.

c) Before returning the product, the customer must request an RMA authorization number by contacting us by email at support@designertimepiecestore.com stating the reason for return, order number and shipping address. A customer care representative will contact the customer to assist with the issue and where necessary issue an RMA authorization number. Without an RMA authorization number, no return will be accepted.

d) The watch has to be returned unused, impeccable and in its unopened original packing together with all original documents. Except for the costs of returning the watch by Fedex, UPS or other approved shipper, no other expenses have to be carried by the customer. Should the watch be removed from its packaging and/or worn it will become subject to the manufacturer's warranty and/or guarantee only.

e) All watches sold by the Designer Timepiece Store are sent by reputable shippers and insured during shipment. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, the customer will have recourse to the shippers.
