We will only feature designers who have reviewed this site and given us authorization to sell their products. All of the designers and the watches featured are original and authentic. The Designer Timepiece Store does not sell replicas of any kind. We use appropriate shippers to enable you to receive your order within the time specified. Further information is provided on our shipping and policy pages. Caring for your watch Caring for your watch can ensure that your watch lasts a lifetime. It is highly recommended that you follow the manufacturer's instructions and wear your watch when and where appropriate. It is adviseable to have your timepiece regularly serviced every three to four years by a professional authorized to work on your particular timepiece. Quality Control You will be contacted by email once you have made your order and again when it has been shipped to you. You will then be contacted within seven days of the date you should have received your order to ensure that you have received your order. You are not limited to just the service we offer here. If you have made a purchase from The Designer Timepiece Store, we will always be happy to help you with your watch care and you are welcome to contact us using any of our contact details.
If your watch needs repair, please contact us at support@designertimepiecestore.com. Designer Timepiece Store will engineer the repair of your valuable watch. Please always present your manufacturers warranty card. This procedure is exempt of charges for our valued customers within warranty period. Watches may also be taken to a manufacturer’s approved dealer for any necessary repair. |
