a) All orders shall be provided for delivery according to the symbol of item description. Shipments to the United States, Canada and other countries shall be made by Fedex. b) The customer will be informed by e-mail of the tracking number as soon as the goods have been dispatched by Priority Shipping. Average shipping times are as shown below.

i ) USA , Canada, other countries Economy (8-14 days)
ii ) USA, Canada, other countries Priority (4-6 days)
iii) USA , Canada, other countries FEDEX (2-3 days)
iv ) Europe Economy (7-14 days)
v ) Europe Priority (4-6 days)
vi ) Switzerland / Liechtenstein (1-3 days)


c) The watches shall be delivered to the address as stated in the order. The customer has to make sure that his watch has been delivered in impeccable condition. Claims must be submitted immediately to the carrier or within 3 days upon receipt of the goods to Designer Timepiece Store. The customer shall bear the risk of transportation of postal items sent back to Designer Timepiece Store or its designated shippers.


d) All shipments are fully insured by Designer Timepiece Store.

a) All new watches are delivered with an international manufacturer warranty. The warranty period depends on the brand and model. Normally, the watches come with a 12 to 60 month international warranty. The exact period is determined in the official warranty certificate.
